“The work was carried out to a very high standard, John and Alex our fitters were very polite and patient they involved us in the plan we gave them making sure everything was put exactly where we wanted it helping us to find alternatives and giving us advice if they thought it wouldn’t work, a good tip to anyone who will be spending a lot of money getting their bathroom refitted listen to the fitters! We would definitely have JSS back to do work for us in the future, i can’t tell you how happy we are with the result, communication excellent! the plumbing plans excellent! the tiling excellent! the result, beyond excellent! John and Alex came to remove the old bathroom and refit the new one. They were polite, clean and worked above and beyond to give me my dream bathroom. I am over the moon with how they transformed a tired, dated and impractical bathroom to the wonderful big walk-in shower with all modern units. My bathroom now conveys a feeling of calm, spa like wonder in place of one that I couldn’t wait to close the door on. These guys are prompt, thoughtful and have no hidden agenda. “My wife and I, couldn’t be happier with the work completed by Jon and his team at our newly acquired property in Northampton. Property required modernising and the team at JSS did a fantastic job. Quality of work was excellent and we are utterly delighted at the transformation to our cloakroom, family bathroom & ensuite. We also had stretch ceilings installed in the bathroom , ensuite, dining room and living room with perimeter lights as well. Our new home now has a ‘wow!’ feel to it – everyone (including neighbours) are completely stunned at the transformation. Jon also recommended the electrician ( a great bloke, Del) , plasterer (Martin) and good trade places where we purchased the bathroom tiles and toilet units.
